Aussie Cat Hammocks Australia offers FREE standard shipping for all orders over $69.00 within the States of Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, and Queensland.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cost-free shipping to customers located in Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory. For customers in these states, we offer a flat-rate $20.00 shipping fee.

If you wish to book an express delivery, the rate for your specific address will be calculated at the checkout.

Items purchased from Aussie Cat Hammocks will be dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland via a fully traceable and secure service with either Australia Post, Sendle or CouriersPlus services.

Track & Receive your order

A unique tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. 

The default delivery option for our deliveries is 'Authority to Leave', which means that if you are not home when the parcel is delivered, it will be left in a safe place at near the front door. If you would prefer the parcel be taken to a local Post Office if you are not home, please select 'Signature on Delivery' when checking out or contact us directly.   

Bulky / Heavy / Specialty Items

All shipping is subject to volume and weight, and in some instances, a freight charge may be incurred for extremely heavy or bulky items. You will be notified of this at the point of purchase.
